Complaint Summary
VISIBILITY/WIPER
Owner Narrative
There is a stress fracture to the windshield starting at the bottom of the glass where it attaches to the body of the car, below the wipers. Itâs not a chip nor was it caused by an object. Itâs a semi circle crack. Two employees at the dealer glass department concurred that itâs not damage from a foreign object hitting and that itâs a stress crack. Yet dealer refuses to cover hands warranty. Car has less than 12,000 when this cracked.
