The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that it was difficult to remove the key from the ignition cylinder. The contact stated that the vehicle was turned off and restarted several times while shifting out of park(P) and back before being able to remove the key from the ignition cylinder. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 100,400.
