Owner Narrative
I am submitting this complaint due to a serious mechanical failure involving the vehicleâs transmission system. The transmission developed a fluid leak that resulted in a sudden loss of proper hydraulic pressure, causing abrupt and unintended vehicle movement while driving. This malfunction created a hazardous driving condition and nearly caused an accident. Given that the vehicle has approximately 77,000 miles, this type of transmission failure is premature and raises concerns regarding a potential manufacturing or component defect. Immediate review and corrective action are requested due to the safety implications of this issue.
