The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering wheel inadvertently drifted to the left. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact stated that upon inspecting the vehicle, the contact became aware that there was severe wear on the front passenger’s side outer tire. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 41,000.
