Owner Narrative
My screen on my truck went out and had to be reset manually, next my heated steering wheel stopped working. The problem is the cool spring in my steering wheel. Upon research there is a common problem with this said coil spring. This can cause multiple problems including loss of air bag function and front end collision indicator which comes on time to time saying itâs disabled due to this same said coil. Why this is not a recall and the ownerâs responsibility is unknown. There is also no indicator telling you if the airbag may or may not deploy when need from this issue.
