This recall is for Rear Camera Screen Software Update, NHTSA #25V315 isn't available right now. The update has not been released yet. I went to dealer to dealer and they told me they could not fix it because there is no remedy not yet available. They camera is also working fine, no issue at all. Could you be able to remove this recall for me or update me when there is an update? I use this vehicle for a business and BECAUSE of the recall, I am not allowed to use this vehicle for a commercial use. Could you please unrestrict the vehicle so I can use this vehicle for commercial again? I have attached the recall issue, Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you so much.
