I operate a white Freightliner Cascadia truck, unit number [XXX]. I am writing to formally report illegal practices being conducted by Lemberg Group that violate environmental regulations and federal transportation safety laws. These practices not only jeopardize public safety but also put drivers like myself in unsafe and unlawful situations.
