Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2014 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that while driving approximately 15 MPH and merging onto the freeway, the front passengerâs side curtain air bag and front passenger seat air bag were erroneously deployed. The contact stated that during the failure there was no crash to cause the air bags to deploy. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer however, the cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 95,000.
