Owner Narrative

The contact's business owns a 2019 Ford Transit. The contact stated that while an employee was driving approximately 60 MPH, another driver observed that the driver’s side front tire was sticking out and alerted the driver. The vehicle was steered to the side of the road and inspected. The vehicle was then towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the driver’s side front wheel hub bolts needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 98,000.
