Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2014 Ford F-250. The contact stated while driving over bumps in the roadway, there was a loud clanking noise coming from the vehicle and the cabin of the vehicle shifted and became unstable. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the cabin mounts and cabin mount bushings had rusted and deteriorated. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 79,000.
