Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2007 Ford Edge. The contact stated while operating the vehicle, the check engine warning light remained illuminated, and there was fluid leaking from the radiator. Upon inspection, the contact discovered that the water pump was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The contact stated that the water pump was previously replaced on two separate occasions. The failure mileage was 125,000.
