Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2017 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while driving at slow speeds and turning right, the vehicle bucked. The vehicle was uncontrollable. The brake and accelerator pedals were stuck. The contact stated that her shoe might have gotten stuck between the brake and accelerator pedals, causing the failure. While driving in the snow, the vehicle accelerated and failed to stop while depressing the brake pedal. There were no warning lights illuminated. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 8,500. The VIN was not available.
