Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2015 Audi Q7. The contact stated while driving approximately 40 MPH and making a left turn, water started leaking from the firewall on the driver's side, and the accelerator pedal became wet. The contact stated that her foot slipped off the pedal and she nearly lost control of the vehicle. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that water had been leaking on the driver's side and on the passenger's side foot well for over a year. The contact stated that she had contacted an unknown dealer and was informed that water was leaking due to A/C condensation. The contact stated that the failure had been reoccurring intermittently, and would cause her foot to slip off the pedals. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 92,000.
