Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2018 Aluma Aluma trailer. The contact stated while driving 60 MPH, the welds to the tongue of the trailer inadvertently sheared off. The tongue of the trailer started dragging on the road, prompting the contact to pull over and secure the trailer. Despite the failure, the contact was able to drive the trailer to his destination. The trailer was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
