Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while driving at speeds above 50 MPH, the vehicle started to shake violently and vibrated abnormally after driving over a slight bump in the roadway. The contact stated that the failure started after the tires were rotated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who replaced all four tires but eventually the failure reoccurred. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 40,000.
