Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2010 Ford F-250. The contact stated while driving 70 MPH, the vehicle drove over a bump in the roadway and shook violently almost causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle. The brake pedal was depressed and the contact pulled off the roadway. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was then driven to the residence. The local dealer was contacted but an appointment was not yet scheduled. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 46,000.
