Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while driving approximately 10 MPH, the contact heard a cracking and popping sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. The sound was heard when the vehicle would slow to make a turn to either the right or the left. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact drove the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that there were missing welds and cracks on the spring perch on the driverâs and passengerâs side of the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 58,000.
