The contact owns a 2000 Ford F-350 equipped with Guangzhou 9007 bulbs. The contact then received an email from Amazon notifying him of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21E004000 (Exterior Lighting). The contact was instructed to fill out a form on the manufacturer's website to receive replacement bulbs; however, the contact had yet to receive the replacement bulbs. The contact also made multiple attempts to reach the manufacturer by phone, but all the attempts were unsuccessful. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the repair. The bulbs were not replaced. The failure mileage was approximately 140,000. The VIN was not available.
