Owner Narrative
The problem is the loading ramp. The ramp is secured in the upright position by two tabs (one welded to the side rail of the ramp on each side) that engage locks attached to the frame. Vibration during operation puts enough strain on the tabs that they are literally tearing the ramp side rails apart.
