TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD TRANSIT. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNDISCLOSED SPEED, THE VEHICLE STARTED RUMBLING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FORD SERVICE CENTER - ED KENLEY FORD (1888 N. MAIN ST, LAYTON, UT 84041) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TORQUE CONVERTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE REMAINED AT THE DEALER UNREPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RETURNED ONCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 108,415.
