TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE WOULD SHAKE UNCONTROLLABLY AFTER DRIVING OVER A BUMP IN THE ROAD. THE CONTACT STATED THERE WAS NO WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED UNDER AN UNKNOWN RECALL PRIOR TO THE CONTACT OWNING THE VEHICLE HOWEVER, THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO UNION CITY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT (3950 JONESBORO RD, UNION CITY, GA 30291) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH THE STEERING DAMPER NEEDING TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 12,000.
