TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 10-15 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED WHEN COMING TO A STOP AND WHILE ACCELERATING FROM A STOP. THE DRIVE KNOB SHIFT LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE DASHBOARD MESSAGE STATED SHIFT TO PARK THEN SHIFT TO DRIVE APPEARED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED FOUR TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO COASTLINE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (32881 CAMINO CAPISTRANO, SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA 92675) HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,000. *LN THE CONSUMER STATED THE UCONNECT AND STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS WERE NOT WORKING CONSISTENTLY WITH AN IPHONE. THE RIGHT TURN SIGNAL DID NOT ALWAYS TURN OFF AFTER MAKING THE TURN. AT STARTUP, THE SHIFT INTO DRIVE WAS DELAYED AND WOULD CLUNK AND JERK. THERE WAS REAR END VIBRATIONS. THE CONSUMER STATED WHILE PROCEEDING FROM A STOP THE VEHICLE INDEPENDTLY APPLIED THE BRAKES. THE CONSUMER PUT THE VEHICLE IN PARK THEN BACK IN DRIVE. THE VEHICLE THEN CONTINUED AS NORMAL. THE CONSUMER STATED THIS OCCURED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE.
