DRIVER SIDE WIPER MOTOR NOT IN GAUGING PROPERLY, NOT WORKING AT TIMES OR ONLY WIPING THE WINDSHIELD HALF WAY. THIS PROBLEM HAPPENS IN BOTH STATIONARY AND IN MOTION.
