TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW WAS LEAKING WATER INTO THE HEADLINER AND ALSO NEARBY THE AIR BAG SYMBOL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LESTER GLENN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT (1199 NJ-37 W, TOMS RIVER, NJ 08755) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT WITH THE REAR WINDOW. AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND OPENED A CASE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 24,800.
