TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 2500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V021000 (STEERING). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AUTOWORLD DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (1370 AUTO CENTER DR, PETALUMA, CA 94952) WHERE THE RECALL REPAIR WAS COMPLETED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A TIRE CENTER FOR A FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT HOWEVER, THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO PERFORM THE ALIGNMENT BECAUSE AS A PART OF THE RECALL REPAIR, THE DRAG LINK NUT WAS WELDED TO SUBFRAME. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. A DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED A CASE NUMBER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 50,000.
