Complaint Summary

POWER TRAIN

Owner Narrative

MY DAUGHTER WHO IS 18 WAS GOING TO VISIT HER DAD. SHE CAME TO A STOP LIGHT AT A COMPLETE STOP WHEN AIR BAG LIGHT CAME ON AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. SHE WAS GOING TO PULL THE CAR TO THE SIDE TO CALL ME. WHEN SHE PRESS THE GAS THE CAR WENT IN REVERSE ALMOST HITTING THE CAR BEHIND HER. SHE WAS SO SCARED SHE LOOKED DOWN TO MAKE SURE THE CAR WAS STILL IN DRIVE AND IT WAS STILL IN DRIVE AND GOING IN REVERSE. SHE WAS ABLE TO TURN THE CAR OFF AND RESET THE LIGHTS AND DRIVE THE JEEP. THIS IS CRAZY WITH ALL THESE COMPLAINTS AND NOBODY DO ANYTHING. JEEP SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE AND FIX THIS ISSUE. MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY HURT
