TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED THE TRACK BAR BUSHING FELL APART AND CAUSED EXCESSIVE SHAKING WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT HAD TO PULL THE VEHICLE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR SEVERAL MINUTES. THE CONTACT DROVE THE VEHICLE TO THE RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE HOWEVER, NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 135,000.
