TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT WAS LOCKED AND UNABLE TO BE USED. ALSO, THE SEAT BELT WARNING INDICATOR WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NORTH CENTRAL FORD (1819 N CENTRAL EXPY, RICHARDSON, TX 75080, (972) 584-1338), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS SIMILAR TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V875000 (SEAT BELTS). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,212.
