TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING OVER BUMPS IN THE ROAD AT ANY SPEED, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS NO SUPPORT FROM THE SHOCKS. AS A RESULT, THE WHEELS STRUCK THE BUMPS VIOLENTLY. AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE SHOCKS AND STRUTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE OCCURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. CHRYSLER OF CULPEPER (11030 JAMES MONROE HWY, CULPEPER, VA 22701, (540) 547-3900) AND THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS ON THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V392000 (SUSPENSION). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 39,000.
