TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE CRUISE CONTROL ENGAGED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT DISENGAGED THE CRUISE CONTROL AND THE VEHICLE RETURNED TO NORMAL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 90,000.*PM *DL
