Owner Narrative
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO VIBRATE UNCONTROLLABLY. THE CONTACT EXITED THE HIGHWAY AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO RESUME NORMAL OPERATION. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT DROVE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE UPPER AND LOWER BUSHING KITS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT THE TIE ROD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
