Owner Narrative

DRIVERS SIDE SEAT BELT LATCH MALFUNCTIONING. BUCKLE WILL NOT INSERT PROPERLY. THIS IS THE SECOND IMPALA MY FAMILY HAD THAT HAD THIS PROBLEM. IT APPEARS A SPRING CLIP OF METAL COMES OUT OR BREAKS OFF INHIBITING THE INSERTION OF THE BUCKLE.THE FIRST 2 IMAGES ARE OF THE DEFECTIVE BUCKLE. THE THIRD IMAGE IS OF A WORKING PROPERLY BUCKLE( PASSENGER SIDE)
