VEHICLE WAS IN A MAJOR SIDE IMPACT ON A HIGHWAY WITH 50+ MPH AND NO AIRBAGS WERE DEPLOYED IN THE COLLISION. DRIVER WAS INJURED AND TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL VIA AMBULANCE. UNSURE IF THIS IS RELATED TO TAKATA INFLATORS OR NOT. VIN SHOWS NO RECALL NOTICE AT TIME OF ACCIDENT. VEHICLE WAS STRUCK HARD ENOUGH TO SEPARATE RIM FROM HUB AND BREAK RIM. DRIVER WAS GOING APPROXIMATELY 20-30 MPH AT TIME OF ACCIDENT WHEN CROSS STRUCK BY VEHICLE GOING 50+MPH. *DT*JB
