TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET TAHOE. WHILE AT A STOP AND ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A TURN, THE VEHICLE LOST POWER WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE RESTARTED AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND WAS TAKEN TO TOM HESSER CHEVROLET (570-343-1221, LOCATED AT 1001 N WASHINGTON AVE, SCRANTON, PA 18509). THE CONTACT WAS PROVIDED A LOANER VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED AND THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE BATTERY WAS JUMPSTARTED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE SAME DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 36,000.
