Owner Narrative
THE FRONT AXLE BROKE WITH NO EVIDENCE OF IMPACT OR DAMAGE. THE AXLE BROKE WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE AT LESS THAN 30 MPH ON A RESIDENTIAL STREET. THE VEHICLE HAS APPROXIMATELY 12,700 MILES ON IT. THE DEALERSHIP CANNOT IDENTIFY A REASON FOR THE FRONT AXLE BREAKING. THIS CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO BE UNABLE TO STEER ACCELERATE, GO FORWARD, OR GO IN REVERSE. *DT*JB MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED.*JB
