TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO HOLD ONTO THE ROOF HANDLE, THE HANDLE DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 230,000.
