TL* THE CONTACT DROVE A 2011 FORD F-150 (COMPANY VEHICLE). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION DOWNSHIFTED INTO FIRST GEAR ON ITS OWN. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED (BOULEVARD FORD LINCOLN, 40 BRIDGEVILLE RD, GEORGETOWN, DE 19947) AND STATED THAT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THE SAME YEAR, MAKE, AND MODEL VEHICLE, BUT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V248000 (POWER TRAIN). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT OF THE SAME INFORMATION AS THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
