Complaint Summary
STEERING
Owner Narrative
NOISE AND CLUNKING FEEL IN STEERING WHEEL WHEN TURNING AT SLOWER SPEEDS. THIS HAS NOW OCCURRED TWICE. FIRST REPAIR WAS AT 19627 MILES AND AGAIN AT 29906. THIS HAD ALSO HAPPENED ON OUR PREVIOUS SUBURBAN. THIS APPEARS TO BE A LATENT DEFECT IN THE GM DESIGN. LOSS OF STEERING CAN OCCUR.
Owner-submitted narrative on file with NHTSA. Complaint narratives are self-reported and have not been verified.
