WHEN COMING TO A STOPLIGHT ON A CITY STREET, BRAKES WERE APPLIED BUT THE ENGINE RACED TO A HIGH RPM . NEXT I PUSHED PEDAL HARDER BUT REAR TIRES WERE NOW SPINNING ON DRY PAVEMENT. I PUT F-150 TRUCK INTO PARK STOPPING INCHES FROM THE CAR STOPPED AHEAD OF ME AT STOPLIGHT.
