VEHICLE INTERMITTENTLY AND RANDOMLY SHUTS OFF AT SPEED OR STATIONARY. HAS HAPPENED NUMEROUS TIMES AT BUSY INTERSECTIONS AND ON HIGHWAY. POWER STEERING AND BRAKING POWER IS LOST.
