THIS VEHICLE IS SHUTTLE BUS, TRANSPORT PASSENGERS FROM CHICAGO O'HARE AIRPORT TO FOUR POINTS HOTELS AND BACK 24/7. THIS VEHICLE IS OWNED BY FOUR POINTS HOTEL AT SCHILLER PARK, IL AND I WORK AS DRIVER. ON OCTOBER 8 2017 JUST AFTER 7 PM I WAS DRIVING THE BUS WITH PASSENGERS ON BOARD FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL WHEN I HEARD NOISE FROM THE REAR I PULLED OVER AND STOPPED THE BUS. AFTER CHECKING I SAW THE REAR LEFT WHEEL IS COMING OFF. ALMOST ALL THE NUTS AND BOLTS ARE GONE BOLTS SNAPPED OFF WHILE THE BUS WAS IN MOTION. THE BUS WAS TOWED TO M&M AUTOMOTIVE INC. (708 456 6629) M&M MAINTAIN THE HOTELS BUS. THE SAME ( IDENTICAL) PROBLEM TOOK PLACE ON 11/20/2016, BUT THE REAR LEFT WHEEL COME OFF.
