2004 FORD TAURUS ACCELERATING BY ITSELF TO 4000 RPM...THROTTLE IS STICKING...LOOKING UNDER HOOD... THROTTLE APPEARS TO BE GETTING STUCK ON CRUISE CONTROL CABLE END THAT KEEPS FALLING OFF OF THROTTLE ARM.
