TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD TRANSIT. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, A LOUD NOISE WAS HEARD AND THE BRAKES FAILED TO WORK WITHOUT WARNING. THE DRIVER STOPPED THE VEHICLE BY CHANGING THE GEAR AND PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER LOCATED AT 16005 VALLEY BLVD, FONTANA, CA 92335, WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DRIVE LINE, BRAKES, AND RADIATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY WOULD REIMBURSE THE CONTACT $2,000. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 112,112.
