TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD TRANSIT. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE VIBRATED AND A LOUD NOISE WAS HEARD. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND NOTICED THAT THE DRIVE LINE COUPLER WAS FRACTURED AND FRACTURED INTO PIECES, WHICH DESTROYED THE COOLANT LINES AND THE TRANSMISSION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER LOCATED ON 16005 VALLEY BLVD, FONTANA, CA 92335 AT PHONE NUMBER: 888-266-0257, WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION AND THE DRIVELINE COUPLER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY WOULD PAY $2,500, BUT THE CONTACT WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BALANCE. CASE NUMBER: CAS12332825 WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 134,067.
