TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 TOYOTA YARIS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SEAT BELT DETACHED WHILE FASTENING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SEAT BELT WAS OLD AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
