TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 FORD CROWN VICTORIA. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, BUT THE VEHICLE STILL ACCELERATED ON ITS OWN. THE DEALER COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
