Owner Narrative

MY CHRYSLER 200 WILL LURCH FORWARD WHEN I AM COMING TO A STOP. WHEN TAKING OFF THE CAR WILL HESITATE THEN SURGE HARD INTO 2ND GEAR. I HAVE CONTACTED CHRYSLER MANY TIMES AND I HAVE ALSO TAKEN THIS CAR TO TWO DIFFERENT CHRYSLER REPAIR SHOPS AND THEY DENY THERE IS ANY ISSUE WITH THE TRANSMISSION.
