Owner Narrative

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD E-350. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST THE ABILITY TO ACCELERATE AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE SAME FAILURE OCCURRED APPROXIMATELY FIVE TIMES PREVIOUSLY. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE TURBO CHARGER FAILED AND THE SENSOR ASSEMBLY NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 43,748.
