THE MALE CONNECTOR TO THE REAR DEFROSTER/DEFOGER FEMALE CONECTOR BROKE OFF ON BOTH SIDES. I WAS CLEANING THE BAKE WINDOW AND JUST A MILD TOUCH AND THE COPPER MALE STUD BROKE OFF IN THE COPPER FEMALE CONNECTOR.
