Owner Narrative
WITH 4 DOUGLAS TIRES (215-65-16 T) PURCHASED AT WALMART I EXPERIENCED HIGH SPEED DRIVE-ABILITY ISSUES ABOVE 55 MPH. NOTICED EXCESSIVE RUNOUT ISSUE AT COLD START. TIRE ISSUE CONTINUE BUT CHANGE WITH TEMPERATURE/DISTANCE DRIVEN. THIS CERTIFIED MECHANIC CONSIDERS THESE TIRES TO BE A SAFETY HAZARD AND A SOURCE OF POOR RIDE QUALITY AT ALL TIMES. THESE TIRES SHOULD BE DISCONTINUED. THESE TIRES CANNOT QUALIFY FOR A "T" RATING SERVICE. I TESTED PERFORMANCE OF THESE TIRES FROM 0 TO 80 MPH WITH THE EXPECTATION OF TIRE FAILURE.
